This recipe was eaten so quickly, I didn’t get a photo!   Here it is:

 

Topping:

3/4 cup each of chopped pecans, oats and flour

1/2 cup of brown sugar

cinammon

1 stick of butter

prepare apples ( I used gala and pink lady) Put them in a deep pie dish and press the topping onto the apples.

Bake at 400 until all is golden.

Serve with whipped cream
